1925-2015
The world learned today that the great philosopher, Yogi Berra, passed away. It’s hard to resist looking back at some of his great words of wisdom:
When you come to a fork in the road, take it.
You can observe a lot by just watching.
It ain’t over till it’s over
No one goes there nowadays. It’s too crowded.
Baseball is 90% mental and the other half is physical.
A nickle ain’t worth a dime anymore.
You better cut the pizza in four pieces because I’m not hungry enough to eat six.
The future ain’t what it used to be.
The towels were so thick there I could hardly close my suitcase.
Always go to other people’s funerals, otherwise they won’t come to yours.
I never said most of the things I said.
RIP, Yogi.
